Krishnadas Nanath
Krishnadas is an Associate Professor in Data Science at Middlesex University Dubai. He is also the Founder of Insights Lab- An applied data analytics hub with more than 450 active members in the club. In his previous role @ Majid Al Futtaim (MAF), he was responsible for leading the efforts of enhancing Analytics and Data Science capabilities @MAF as part of the School of Analytics & Technology (Leadership Institute). Before joining MAF, he was a Professor of Data Science, MIS, and Cloud Technologies at Middlesex University Dubai, IMT Dubai, and IIM Indore in the Information Systems Area. He has executed several corporate training programs and Data Science consulting assignments with prestigious firms in the UAE (Emirates NBD, PWC, Landmark Group, National Bank of Fujairah, ADNOC Group, and others). He is an active researcher in the area of sustainable computing and social media analytics. He has spoken at several prestigious events including TEDx, Gitex Technology Week, Smart Data Conference, Droidcon, Machine Learning Summit, and others. He wishes to use AI for social good and build a strong community of responsible data science enthusiasts.
